Children’s Carnival

Another carnival?  Wasn’t there just one a few weeks ago?  Unfortunately, here in Ithaca, there are tons of fun activities for children towards the end of the semester.  It doesn’t seem to me that children are working extrodinarily hard during the school year, but they do celebrate hard at the end of the school.

Fun time began last Thursday.  I picked up Jordan and Olympia from Stewart Park picnic/water game/BBQ to head to Emma’s house for a pizza party.  They came home together for a SLEEPOVER.

Friday, they both went to Oly’s house for another play date.  I picked up Mimi after work and took her to the community carnival.  This is a free event that offers games, craft, face painting, and dinner (hot dogs, drink and ICE CREAM)!!

Mimi’s playing game.

More game.  She has her bets placed on Red, Orange and Yellow.  Is this our winning girl?

Close, but not yet.  It landed on black (between orange and yellow).

Mimi harvested a bag of candies.
