2nd Day with HS — Sunset Park
After dinner, we went to the Sunset Park in Cayuga Height to see the sunset by the lake. We got there about 10 minutes earlier than the sunset. It was a spot where people sat quietly enjoying a peaceful moment and the beautiful lake view.
That evening, the lake view and sunset were still beautiful but the moment was nothing close to be peaceful.
It has been 17 years since HS and I met. The distance and time have never kept us apart. I am grateful to have a friend like this. I hope we can pass this baton to our daughters. There could be another beautiful friendship brewing right now…..
