Call Me “Iron Chef”

Mommy invited Ania’s family for a dinner.  This has been a long standing invitation that finally materialized.  Mommy has been hesitated about inviting Fumi to come for a dinner.

Think about inviting Martha Stewart to your house for a dinner.  How do you match up with that?

Well, I did my best after googling different menus and options on the web.  Muha does not eat meat so we will serve seafood mostly.  Here is what I presented for the evening…….

Asian Sticky Rice

Shirmp Stirred Fried in Individualed Wrapping

Taro Cake and Steam Vege

Baked Seafood (individually wrapped) — I forgot to take a picture of the inside of the wrapping.  According to Fumi, it was pretty good.

Sesame Noodle

Finally, home made rice balls.

Fumi brought a bouquet of flower for the evening.

I passed the “Fumi” test!!

Mimi and Ania’s family.

Ania stayed over for a sleep over after dinner.  They were doing their nail polish and watching TV late at night.  They went to bed before 1am…   That is considered early for these girls.  Last time at Ashley’s birthday party, these two didn’t sleep until 5am.

I made Ania the beef noodle soup for breakfast.  Since Muha doesn’t eat meat, I can’t serve that until the next morning.  It seems that Ania likes it.
