Harvest From The Big Apple

What an experience going out with Ania’s family.  What impressed about the trip is that they could find time from the hectic schedule (between the lunch, the play, and dinner) to go to the most famous Japanese grocery store, Mitsuwa Marketplace, and Crossing Outlet Mall

Like I said, these two know their way around.  It didn’t take them long to find the direction to Mitsuwa.  For me, going there is like a child going into the candy store.  There were so many things that I really want.  Of course, I am heading to Japan in a few weeks and can do my shopping there.  But with the inflated Japanese Yen and the hassle of getting those items back, it might be easier for me to shop when I can.

Let’s take a look at what I got —

A small pot that I can use to make rice porridge for Mimi.

A soup pot.

And an eggpan for Japanese sweet egg roll.

With these, I am that much closer to my dream job — A Japanese Housewife!!

Ania needed to do some shoe shopping at the outlet mall.  We spent about 45 minutes there.  One of the shoe store was next to Ann Taylor.  How can I miss that?

In less than 15 minutes, I quickly went in and grab a few sweaters that I think “fit” me.  Little did I know, now that Jordan can fit in the outfit I buy for myself.  She actually looks better in these outfits than I do.  Guess who will be wearing these soon?

We made it home around midnight.  We wouldn’t have so much fun without someone special~~

Thank you, Mr. Muha!!
