咪咪的學習檔案 — Mimi’s Year End File

每一年  在咪咪生日之前 我都會把她這一年來的作品  出去玩的紀錄  比賽的成績  統統整理在一個檔案夾裡

 

這已經行之有年   在搬家時  光是咪咪的記錄  大概就有兩大箱

 

我好像是一個田野調查者  忠實地記錄著我的研究對象  又好像是超級大粉絲  瘋狂地收集心儀偶像的一顰一笑

 

對我來說  只要是咪咪碰過的東西  即使是一張小紙條  我也會反複把玩再三  確定沒有任何回憶價值  才依依不捨的丟掉

 

我常在想  這些大概在我雞皮鶴髮之年  一個人在養老院  坐著搖椅  在窗口曬太陽時  陪我度過殘年的良伴

 

用我巍巍顫顫的手  翻著一頁又一頁泛黃的回憶  不知道那是怎樣的心情?

今年整理咪咪的 file 心情特別不同  一轉眼  孩子的爸已經離開一年了

 

回頭看這一年的點點滴滴  心裡真的五味雜陳

 

看著和咪咪去年去紐約 遊日本的回憶  好像是上一個世紀的事了

 

能那樣心無雜念的開懷大笑  可以用一種純淨的心擁抱世界  是一種幸福 

 

偏偏人都是要等到失去時  才會懂得可貴……

This was a letter daddy wrote to mimi before he left from his visit in September of 2010.

The certificate Mimi received from completing a school program.

 

 

Part of the completion requirement is that each student needs to write an essay to report their learning.  This is what Mimi wrote.

Another school project.  Each child needs to draw the floor plan of their house and come up with the emergency drill in case of fire or other urgent scenario.

 

 

Science project. 

 

 

This is a “game” Mimi created in the classroom.  It’s almost like Monopoly.  The player will roll their dice and move from one step to another.

 

 

 

 

 

All can be folded into a smaller stack.

 

 

She also made a container to “place” her game.

 

 

It’s called “Beowulf Game”.

 

 

Children get to evaluate other children’s work and provide their “inputs”.

 

 

 

They need to give specific reasons of their “likes” and “dislike” to justify the score they assess.
