Happy Father’s Day

This past Sunday was the father’s day.  Mimi and I just came back from our NYC trip the day before.  Therefore, we didn’t have anything big planned for the day.

 

 

We went to a local dim sum restaurant for brunch.

 

 

 

 

 

From a distance, this almost looks like a happy family, right?

 

 

 

After lunch, Mimi wanted to do her nail for her graduation ceremony.  So there we go, we came back to the same nail specialist we visited last time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While mommy and daddy were waiting for Mimi finishes her turn, mommy decided to have a turn of her own, her very first pedicure!!  There was a guy enjoying the pedicure massage for his “father’s day present”.

 

 

 

Charlies, the guy who did mommy’s pedicure, was from China.  He was very meticulous about his approach and did an excellent job. 

 

 

After Mimi finsihes, she came to join me with a pedicure session delivered by her daddy.

 

 

 

 

I guess in a way, that’s a father’s day present for her daddy.  What will the next father’s day be like?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After 50 minutes treatment, the end result looked very good.  All the dead skin and calis were removed.

 

 

Mimi was also very happy with the work done to her.  She received the complimentary design to her nails.

 

 

 

 

We then went to Home Depot and Lowes to shop for our outdoor furniture and BBQ grill.

 

 

 

And mommy got a new pair of sandle.

 

The day ended with dinner at Applebee….
