Mimi’s Home Work — Comics?
It’s always interesting to see Mimi’s homework. Tuesday, she brought home an assignment from her English class. They are learning expression in different tones (demanding, grumpy, annoyed, hopeful, unhappy, desperate, angry and sad).
The teacher asks them to come up with a comic story with all different tones. She only has two days to complete her assignment.
The hardest part is not to draw the comics. It’s to come up with the story line that incorporates all these elements. She had quite a few discussions with her friends to generate some ideas.
Finally, she got one of the best idea from her friend Elizabeth — Don’t let the bumblebee be in a spelling bee!! The title rhymes with humor and it’s also good in a school setting.
The rest was to put the ideas in reality…………
