Another Home Improvement Project — Exterior Painting

When we purchased this house last year, one thing on our “to do list” is to re-paint our exterior penals.  The previous owner spent lots of effort on interior renovation.  But not much was done outside.

 

Since now we hire a professional crew to work on this project, I want to take the “before” and “after” photos for a comparison.

 

See the painting is wearing off the wall and desperately needs attention.

 

 

 

 

 

Can you see the difference between the two surfaces?  The color of choice is called “cappachino” – I guess it’s like the color of the coffee….

 

 

The deck and railing will also be painted as well.

 

 

 

Can’t wait for the new look on this side.

 

 

The area around the front door has the least amount of weathering and exposure.  It has been kept quite well.
