Mimi’s Board of Education Award
As some of you know, Mimi was selected to be a member of NYS Honor Band. Only a handful of students were selected from two local middle schools. Ithaca School District hosts an award cermony this semester to recognize the accomplishment of the students in the district, including the honor band students.
Parents and friends were invited to attend the award ceremony. We invited Mimi’s clarinet teacher, Alex. Mimi has worked with Alex for over a year to enhance her skills in clarinet. She wouldn’t move this far without Alex’s help.
It’s nice to see how your school tax dollar is spent.
