National Junior Honor Society
Last Friday, we received this letter in the mail box. It was from Mimi’s school. It appears that Mimi is in the National Junior Honor Society.
The word of mouth on the street is that the bar (academic qualifications) to make this society is not that high. There are a series of forms that you need to complete for your application.
Mimi took this seriously. She went through these questions carefully. It conveys a pretty broad spectrum of student activities (community volunteer, sports, awards, music, academic accomplishment, etc).
We want to encourage Mimi to put this together as nicely as possible. After going through what she has done for the last few years, she felt pretty good about herself.
