明天 daddy 要回來了  媽咪想做一些不一樣的東西  限於材料和時間 就來做最簡單的肉羹吧 早上把絞肉和魚漿退冰  下班回來以後 把絞肉用米酒和 black pepper 調味  和魚漿拌匀之後 一瓢一瓢的滑入滾熱的高湯裡  就已經有七分像了 最後  再下高湯塊 香菇 紅蘿蔔 和筍絲  撒上幾滴的香油  就大功告成了 本來自己洋洋得意  覺得好像做了一鍋很像圓環古早味的肉羹   趕快叫咪咪來試...
