Saratoga Springs — Here We Come!!
After dinner and a long night rest at the Hyatt Hotel, the troop is ready to hit our next target — Saratoga Springs.
We started our day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. They offer freshly cut fruit, bagle (Mimi’s favorite), all kinds of pastries, yogurt, and oatmeal, etc. This hotel is about 5 miles south of Saratoga Springs, called Malta.
Our first stop is to Saratoga Spa State Park. The park is located by the downtown of Saratoga Springs. It was on our way to everywhere we want to go.
This is a fairly big park with well-planed biking trail and picnic area. Most of the picnic area is by a crystal-clear creek.
Of course, they need to have the “must-have” equipment — the PLAYGROUND!! There was a swimming pool by the playground but our princess decided not to swim there. Instead, she was burning her energy and her breakfast in the playground.
After that, we drove around the park and found a nice picnic area. There was a beautiful little creek by the table.
It was very attempting and yes, all of us got into the water bear feet (even including Jordan, who resisted the idea in the first place).
Ama enjoyed her chill experience in the “saratoga spring water”.
Mimi was heading to the car to get us the towels.
