Community Dinner
Mimi can’t wait to eat her candy. I think Olympia is the same. Can I say “great minds think alike?”
The clown was making baloon animal for children. When Mimi was young, she always wanted something that looks sophisticated, such as butterfly, dog, crown, etc.
Now, she wants a sword — simple and handy. Why? You will know later.
Towards the end of the event, the Marching Band also joined to circle the track with their brief performance.
I think Ithaca is a wonderful place to stay because of these students’ energy and talents.
Yes, swords are handy and effective — for attacking.
Luckily, the bear was unharmed and didn’t mind taking a picture with these children.
Michael got in line too late for his baloon. Mimi gave him hers. He learned the trick very quickly. The difference is that he is using his own father to practice his attack…. (Sad…)
This is a busy afternoon. We left the dinner for another event at the children’s garden. Mimi was carrying Micahel down a slope to the parking place. It wasn’t an easy task, given both the weight and the magnitude. Good job!!
Mission accomplished.
