Hanger Theater — Tell Me A Scary Story (but not too scary)!!
Sunday morning, we started our day with another “Sing Along” performance series in Hanger Theater. Mommy got a few free tickets again. Mimi decided to invite Oly to come with us to watch the play.
The play is based on the story “Tell me a scary story, but not too scary“. It’s about a little boy’s adventure with his neighbor during halloween. Even though the story is designed for a younger audience, their performance also integrated with contemporary music (Michael Jackson) and folk music.
Of course, part of the performance was to invite all children (and their parents) to be on the stage to join a dance. Oly and Mimi were attempting but decided not to go.
At the end, each child receive a small gift bag at the exit. Ushers all dressed up in halloween costume.
These two can’t wait to put their candies into their mouth.
After lunch, we went to our old time favorite, Ramada Inn for brunch. Oly is still recovering from her wrist injury. She sometimes needs help to cut her meat and vege. But she needs NO HELP with her dessert.
