Since I haven’t updated the blog for a while, I will share some photos I took from the Spring of 2011….
Life is going on as normal. Even though it’s depressing to see the brutal winter storm outside, we still try to lift our spirits by doing things at home….
I think Mimi is going through another growth peak. She has really healthy appetite. In many cases, she will ask for a serving of icecream after dinner. She doesn’t usually get it every time. But when she gets it, she is extremely happy!!
Mommy likes to make new things for Mimi. Even though it looks good on the web site, it doesn’t usually show well in the kitchen. Here is an example…..

When daddy came back in February, he taught mommy to use the fireplace. It really warmed up the ground level and brought the aroma of the wood. When grandma visited, mommy was able to start the fire on her own. She should be very proud!!
