Mimi’s Drawing — Self Portrait

Last night, after dinner, Mimi decided to work on her self portrait, the last lesson from Michelle’s drawing class.  She has been working on this for quite some times.  There are numerous techniques she learned.

 

This little girl is not particularly in the mood of taking photos.  Here is the “I don’t want to take picture” face.

 

 

 

 

This one is her “I will throw at you if you keep taking picture” face.

 

 

 

This one is “catch me if you can” face.

 

 

 

She is very meticulous with her work.  She spent lots of time working on the details. 

 

 

 

She added highlights to the hair portion and she re-shaped her face with more shadow.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She isn’t particularly happy with the smile and the teeth. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Did you see the kind of details she puts in to her baby hair on the forehead?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She realized that she has been getting pencil marks on her arms.
