It’s the candy time of the year again!! Trick or Treat!!
Halloween weekend was really a busy one for Mimi. Saturday night, Mimi was invited to a halloween party by Callie’s family at the country club. Of course, these girls dressed up for the party. After the party, we decided to take the girls out to the newly open ice cream store — Cold Stone — for a sweet treat.
These two had a hard time deciding what they wanted.
Finally, Mimi ordered a smoothy. Callie and mommy had our own signature ice cream. It was such a great treat — in the cold winter night!!
We wrapped up the Saturday evening after the treat because Mimi had a gymnastic evaluation in Rochester on Sunday morning. We needed to get up very early in the morning. Unfortunately, mommy didn’t take many photos that day. Not much to share……..
Monday night, the real show came up. This is the night off the trick or treat. Mimi went to Callie’s house to trick or treat with Callie. Instead of getting a container for her candy, this girl brought a PILLOW CASE to bag her candies. She came prepared.
Of course, she harvested as much as she could.
I think someone was very happy with her yields.
Mimi had dinner before she went for her trick or treat. Not to my surprise, she came home hungry again. She finished a plate of fruit and some wrapps — and went to bed happy….
Candies and no home work — a pretty good life, isn’t it?
