My Mother’s Day Present
On Mother’s day, Mimi claimed that she had a full day of “surprises” for me. When we woke up, she and daddy rushed to the kitchen. She asked me not to come down until they were ready.
Mommy heard the commotion and got curious. Oh! The duo were making pancake breakfast.
It didn’t look too good but taste pretty delicious.
Then Mimi asked that we go out to shop for what she needs for the surprise. Now I realize that she meant to give mommy a manicure and pedicure.
Since it’s the mother’s day, mommy is not going to make any meal. We swing by our friend’s restaurant for dinner before heading home.
