Dumpling Party
Last weekend was the Memorial Day weekend. There was no school or work on Monday. Of course, we wanted to take advantage of a long weekend like this.
Monday, we all had a great night sleep to recover from our day long trip at the park. After we were ready, we headed to CT Bento for our lunch date.
Pyn’s family proposed to make chive dumplings on Monday. Mommy offered to make beef stew to compliment the feast. We were making the feast in Tina’s kitchen.
Pyn’s husband, Mr. Kao was preparing for the ingredient.
Of course, the sushi chef was helping Tina to make her order.
Pyn was making the dumplin stuffing.
Along with our chef.
Even Mimi came to help.
Mimi was learning to roll the dumpling wrap.
This is mommy’s hand-made dumplings with 18 folds.
Bon Appetit!!
