Mimi’s New York State Honor Band Application

Several weeks ago, Mimi took home a letter from her band practice.  The band director encourages members to submit their applications for NYS Honor Band. Mimi was recommended to perform in the honor band last year and had a blast.

 

 

Of course, she is going to put together her best efforts to get in.

 

 

 

 

 

The application requires each student to put together a “portfolio” (like resume) of their musical accomplishment.  Mimi digged up all she has been doing these years. 

 

It turns out to be years worth of records from her piano and clarinet practice and performance. I was quite impressed with what she has done so far.  It wouldn’t happen without her own hard work (and our money )
