Dinner at Victor’s house

Sunday afternoon, daddy left as planned to start his 2nd shift.  Shortly after, Mommy got a text message from our dear friend, Jimmy:

 

“You are cordially invited to attend dinner at Lim’s house.”

 

Mommy was planning to serve beef noodle soup to Mimi for dinner.  But after I hear what Jimmy plans to put on his dinner table, of course, we are going!!  They are having something way better than ours……

 

 

 

 

The main course is Chicken Alfredo.

 

 

2nd main course — Steak with mushroom and tomato,

 

 

 

Served with sauce prepared by Executive Chef — Jimmy Lim.

 

 

3rd main course — Snow Crab Legs.

 

 

This beautiful meal was proudly presented by the Executive Chec — Jimmy, with the assistance from

 

 

Sous Chef — Mingfang

 

 

And our lovely apprentice — Victor!!

 

 

 

 

Jimmy and Minfang always serve great food.  Not only the taste of the food is good, but also the presentation.  This special tool was used to pick crab legs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And even Victor can do that himself.  (you have to be impressed by his fine motor skills.  It takes quite a bit for a 2 year old to perform this task.)

 

 

After dinner, it was the entertainment time….

p.s.  As it turns out, it was daddy who asked for the invitation.  He is afraid that Mimi will be served with the age old beef noddle soup.    It’s actually not that bad, OK?
