Happy Birthday to Mimi

On June 22, 2000 at 8:15am, a life changing moment for Hungcheng and I took place in Cayuga Medical Center.  Mimi came to the world in 8 pound 2 ounces.  I still remember Henry was screaming with joy and excitement in the operation room.

 

Our life had been changed ever since.

 

The chubby baby has grown into a beautiful little girl.   Daddy and I always asked ourselves what we have done to deserve such a treasure to our life.   We don’t have the answer to that.  The only thing we know is to be a better parent to deserve the gift from god.

 

For you, my dearest Mimi, happy 10th birthday to you. 

 

I can’t imagine 10 years had gone by without a breath.  I still try to grasp any thread of memory to treasure.  Let’s take a ride from the time machine to look back some highlights from the past days……
