Shannon Park, here we come — continued
It was VERY hot yesterday afternoon. The indoor temperature is above 80 degrees. We turned on the AC but it was not soon enough before we ate dinner. Mimi was so hungry that she couldn’t wait for the dinner to start.
Up close and personal of our dinner. Menu:
— Fish (We started with Northern part of Taiwan down to East and then South. You have to start with the most challenging part, just like the upcoming 5 capital elections)
— Stir fried pork with okra seasoned with Ox Head BBQ sauce
— Stir fried vegetable
— Steam corns
— Seasoned cucumber
Not too bad for someone who didn’t get home until after 5:30pm to start dinner at 6:15pm.
