Mimi’s First Baseball Game
Tuesday night, Mimi and I invited Lucy to join us to a baseball game. This is Mimi’s first experience. The event was sponsored by Corning Glass. Daddy was supposed to come with us but his trip was postponed. Mommy doesn’t want to skip this event expecially when Mimi was so excited about it. Therefore, Mommy decided to take the girls herself. Thanks to Uncle Jimmy, we were able to get the tickets before the game started.
Happy girl in the Dunn Field.
We left shortly after 5pm. Mimi practiced piano and took a shower before hand. She insisted that we all wear a baseball cap. Looking into our closet, these were the hats the girls picked.
Dinner on the go from Moe’s. Mimi had a burrito and Lucy ordered the same. This is Lucy’s first time to the restaurant. Mommy also ordered quesadilla in case Lucy doesn’t like hers.
Hungry girl.
Good. Lucy seems to like her dinner.
The girls were playing DS all along. They were laughing, screaming and giggling all along. I am glad that they had a good time even before we arrived the stadium.
Mommy took a picture of girls when waiting for Uncle Jimmy for tickets.
Here we come — Dunn Field. This is a fairly small baseball stadium. It is not the easiest to find it because it is located in the middle of a residential area. It is proabaly the same size as a high school baseball field. The Elmira Pioneers was the home team. They were playing against The Hornell Dodgers that evening.
The girls were filing a survey to win a ticket for future game. I wonder if we are coming back again for another game???
Almost done.
