Mimi’s First Baseball Game — Finale
During the break, the players from the home team (Pioneer) sang a song for the audience.
The song received a warm welcome from audience. We all stood up for a stretch but all were happy to offer encouragement to their home team.
We did not stay until the end of the game. It was about 9:30pm when we left and the game was still one third to be completed. I think Pioneer definately got the home field advantage since they were way ahead of the game (I believe 7:1 when we left).
The first 10 minutes of the ride, the girls were still playing their DS. Once I turn off the radio, it was immediately silent. When I looked at the back mirror, both of them were sound asleep.
I am so glad that we made the game. It was lots of fun!!
